Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be home for pickup?
Nope. Just leave your bag on the porch and let us know where to find it. You can also meet us at the Jefferson Walmart if that is easier.
When do you pick up in my area?
Ashe County is home, so we pick up and deliver any day. In Watauga County we pick up Monday and return Tuesday. In Wilkes County we pick up Wednesday and return Thursday. Need a different day? We can usually swing it for a $10 trip fee.
How do Walmart meet-ups work?
Pick a time, drive to the Jefferson Walmart parking lot, and hand off your laundry. We will text you when your fresh, folded order is ready to meet back up.
What can I send?
Everyday wash, dry & fold: clothes, towels, sheets, and blankets. If you have something delicate or special, just add a note and we will take extra care.
How do I pay?
Pay $35 per 13-gallon bag or $2.00 per pound, whichever you prefer. There is a $35 order minimum. We take cash, check, Venmo, and secure card payments through Square. We will confirm your total before delivery.
What if it rains?
Your laundry stays dry. We bag and protect every order, and we keep an eye on the forecast for porch pickups and drop-offs.
How fast will I get my laundry back?
Most orders are washed, folded, and delivered back within about 24 hours, often the very next day.
