What happens to your laundry
Once we pick up your bag, everything is washed and dried with our own detergent and supplies. Prefer unscented, want a scent booster, or like your own detergent? Just tell us. Then it all gets folded, bagged, and brought back to you, usually within about 24 hours.
You don't need to be home. Leave your bag on the porch and let us know where to find it, and we'll leave your fresh laundry in the same spot. If a hand-off is easier, we're happy to meet you at the Jefferson Walmart.
We run regular routes through Ashe, Watauga, and Wilkes Counties, so pickup and delivery are free on your county's route days. Need a different day? We can usually make it work for a $10 trip fee. See our service area for route days and our pricing for the simple per-bag and per-pound rates.
